Review content:
I have been going to this place for quite a while. I always enjoy going here and I am REALLY picky. The pizza comes out really crispy and very tasty. The owner told me that the ingredients are all from Italy. In fact the flower used in the process is a special Italian type that is not as refined as our American flower, resulting in reduced feeling of overeating and I presume more nutitious. Even if I don't want pizza they have really good salads. My favorite is the Spinach Salad. The dressing (sauce) is chosen by the chef and you do not need to decide. Just like in Europe. One of my complaints about American restaurants is they give you a choice of dressings, including the disgusting ranch dressing, in finer places including bistros and cafes they know the correct sauce. I had a pannno (singular of panini meaning sandwiches) that is made from the same dough as the pizza. WARNING one sandwich is big enough for two small appetites. They now have a lunch menu with lunch size pizza, salad, or panino. A good way to sample the food. Check this place out.
