I have been going to this place for a year. I finally decided to update my highlights, going for a carmel blond color, partial highlights. I came out with copper red highlights. There was NO PATTERN to these highlights. They were all over the place, a sloppy MESS. The highlights didn't even match any kind of a pattern. I had one very obvious highlight above my left ear and nothing to match on the other side. Chunky tacky highlights was not the look I was going for. And I know the appointment was doubled booked because she was bouncing between me and another client (a first timer at the salon) and me (a frequent client). I was there for three hours for partial highlights.
I had two different stylists at different salons look at it and both said the same thing, bad color (she didn't lighten it enough) and no pattern. And the 'owners' (good luck every running a REAL business, fools) refused to refund me my money. I wasn't even asking for a full refund (also had a haircut, which she cut off well over an inch when that's all I asked for) stating that I needed to give them a chance to fix it and they ""don't know what to tell me."" What a bunch of idiots, like I'm going to let you get anywhere near my hair again, give me a break. Also, if you valued a client and word of mouth you'd have the brains to keep the client happy. But now, you have lost my business (I came in several times a month) and ANY future business. Also, I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know about your poor business and sloppy hairstylists. A sloppy salon like this won't be around for long. Customer complaints are valued by the community, if not by this salon's owners.
