I have moved 7 times. This was by far the worst experience. We moved 3 blocks.
Screws to desk, dining room table and exercise equipment were lost - in spite of the fact I offered them ziploc baggies to put these items in.
They fought in the front yard.
Worst of all they dropped my refrigerator - busted it - acknowledged it at the time. I called for days to be told the only person who could handle claims was out of the country.
Over 60 days later they finally are saying I am entitled to $240 because I signed a 60 cent /pound insurance policy. I had to buy a $1500 replacement.
Lastly they charged me over $500 for travel.
BEWARE. I have notified the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office, I would NEVER recommend this company.
