I was desperate I needed help and they came through BIG TIME! My regular mechanic quit the business and I couldnt reach or get in with anyone else I knew of unless of course I wanted to pay too much or be taken advantage of etc...River City Auto was WONDERFUL! They were very nice got me in right away answered my questions DIDNT TREAT ME DIFF. B/C IM FEMALE and they drove me where I needed to go and picked me up when my car was ready, but the BEST PART THEY WERE HONEST!!! They also DIDNT RIP ME OFF! Their PRICES WERE VERY GOOD! THEY CARED ABOUT MY CAR AND MY SAFETY!!! Unlike the last big chain I had my car serviced at. THEY ARE LOCAL a small local shop that has been BBB approved since 1998.
WHY ARE YOU PAYING MORE FOR LESS AT BIG CORPORATIONS THAT GIVE YOU AND YOUR COMMUNITY LESS??? I cant imagine going any where else now. THANK YOU RCA!!!
