I would like all to know the reason for the poor service is due to no payments to company that provides product being transport in - I know the pet store only care about them and once they get what they want the could care less - I've know about this for a whle as I think it should be public if a company can't pay their bills and getting product turning around selling it still not caring how could they possible care about the things that are sold in their stores it's simple they don't - please due your homework for you will find this company takes from all and NEVER gives back only promise that is never fixed what ever you do watch out this company in Waxahachie is bottom feeders they do and say anything to get your money then if there is a problem good luck with getting them on the phone -
