Review content:
We have been regulars of Michael's since they opened in 2007. At first, we were HIGHLY disappointed with the service - went in twice and it was wretched both times but the food was great. We mentioned the situation to the owner and said we had no intentions on coming back. She apologized and invited us back in mentioned she was going to work with training the servers. We came back in a few weeks later for one last try and were very impressed. The owner was sure to stop back by our table and make sure everything was satisfactory.
Pros: Great and friendly service, amazing food, wide selection
Cons: Nothing!
