Definitely the worst Pump It Up I have ever been to. I worked at the Coppell location in the past, and the way we were treated at my friend's party in Arlington was horrid. They claimed that the awful smell in the party room was from a fruit tray which she brought in, but there is no way that a dirty diaper smell would be coming from a fruit tray! When confronted about it, the manager first told us that there was no smell and then started blaming the other items which the mother had brought in. A letter was written to the owner, informing them about the situation and they also responded with """"We had back to back parties all day so that room was constantly in use. The party room smelled fine for the party immediately before the party you attended. After the staff brought in the items and coolers for the party you attended, the room began smelling bad."" The owner was not at the location at the time of the party, so how would they even know this? I will NEVER take my son here again! I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to receive EXCELLENT service, than go here and be treated so POORLY!
