I went in on Black Friday and bought a cologne for my husband to spend enough for the $50 gift card on a $100 purchase. The customer service was not good. There were two people working and about 20 people in the store. They would let you try a fragrance and then walk away to help someone else. I finally purchased one and when I got it home the bottle was empty. I immediately called and the woman accused me of trying to scam them with an old bottle. She argued with me so much I finally hung up and went back to the mall. The girl that was there wasn't the one I had dealt with, and agreed with me that the bottle was empty and had never had perfume in it at all. However, she had to call the owner before she could do anything about it. After trying to call the owner MANY times, she finally got him and after a 5 minute phone conversation in the back room she finally agreed to give me a new bottle. During all this, no one apologized to me for the empty bottle, for the drive all the way back to the mall, for my gas, for my time and lack of sleep since I had been up all night. And, besides all that, I found the same fragrance for $5 cheeper for double the bottle size at Target. I will NEVER shop there again, because the empty bottle wasn't there fault, there HORRIBLE customer service was!
