When my husband and I moved to Brooklyn our dogs had no experience with dog walkers. Petato was recommended to us by a friend and it didn't take long to see why. From almost day one we found the staff to be very responsible and trust worthy and never worried about our two Brussels Griffons. The daily notes that our walker left were very comforting as we knew that the dogs were not only taken care of, but entertained, played with and loved. These are serious dog lovers!! The new addition of small dog daycare has been such a bonus. Now we can watch our little ones playing on a webcam! Online payment and schedules are also a plus. Not to mention the staffs ability to accomodate last minute schedule changes. I can't say enough good things about them and don't know what we would do without them!!!!
Pros: Dependable and accommodating staff, online payment and Doggy Daycare
Cons: NONE!
