Petato is singularly the very best pet sitting service I have ever used. Always so kind and wonderful, easy to work with, available at a short notice, open to my neurotic phone calls, and just all around perfect -- I have been nothing less than over the moon with their service. Steve (the owner) is so clearly an animal lover, you know that when you leave your pets in his care, it is more than a job for him -- he treats them like family. And Lara! She is a dream! She did overnights in my home for well over a week and was amazing and responsive and super trustworthy. In fact, on the day I was due to return home, one of my cats was suddenly ill. Lara (and Petato) handled the situation like pros. They kept me informed, stayed calm and took my kitty to the vet -- with a full report waiting for me when I returned! In the end, kitty was fine (thank goodness!), but I felt like he was in such caring and kind hands the whole time. Of course no one wants their animals to get sick while under the care of someone else, but I certainly can say with confidence that if this unfortunately does happen while Petato is around, they know how to handle the situation in a professional and caring manner. Also -- my dog Lola returns home from Steve's witha bounce in her step and a smile on her face (something that has never ever ever happened when she's been under the care of other sitters). Like I said above -- I worry that she may love Steve more than me!!! But it's ok, I know that Petato and I have shared custody! They truly are like second parents and a second family to my dog and two cats. I was lucky to find them, and you will be too!

Cons: Not a single one!
