This is truly a case of buyer beware. This company is more concerned with it's bottom line than it's customers. I had the misfortune of dealing with this company when I had furnace issues. Turns out I had a lot more issues than the furnace though.
I called them when my furnace was making really strange noises that could be heard through the vents. The gentleman came to the door listened to the vents, opened the door to the furnace, listened, shut the door and said ""I have no idea, I'll have to go under the house."" I proceeded to open the crawl space cover only to find 2-3 feet of water, making access to under the house impossible.
Obviously, nothing could be done. The technician called the owner, and requested that I not be billed since no service could be performed. The tech told me that the owner said to bill me anyway. So I called to talk to the owner to work something out and he absolutely refused to even consider it. I ended up being billed $90.00 for the tech to come to my home and do absolutely nothing.
I then tried to have the situation resolved through the Utah Better Business Bureau and again, the owner of Utah Air Systems absolutely refused to even attempt to work with the BBB or myself to resolve the situation.
My experience with this company was extremely negative from start to finish. I would advise against using this company or Bullfrog Spa's in North Ogden which he owns as well.
