After choosing the new Famous Dave's over this place yesterday for 50 bucks i feel like i should hit myself over the head with something. This is the best place i have found to date to eat BBQ in Colorado. A tip to anybody reading this: Go in on on afternoon during the week or early on Sat or Sun, otherwise you will wait 30-60 min at dinnertime, i myself have done this wait, and it was worth it, i am just trying to give a pointer before somebody writes ""Too long of a wait"". Service has always been good, even when they are swamped. The food is FANtastic, worthy enough of being on Man vs. Food (hint-hint) Food Network. I have not ate anything there i didn't like. The ribs are without a doubt, some of the best i have ever had, they totally just melt in your mouth. Brisket is nice, and juicy as well as the pulled pork. If you don't want BBQ they have steaks, and fish as well. So do yourself a favor and just go to this place and enjoy you some Hickory House. BTW--everytime my extended family visits from Chicago the first thing they say is "" Let's go to the Hickory-House"" Enough said.
