Review content:
I wanted to show how Reflection Imaging runs their business. Please use my experience and think twice. Feel free to email for more details. We used Reflection Imagining to record our wedding in March 2009. Before the wedding, they were very good and responsive. However, once the wedding is over and the bill is paid, it all went downhill. After the wedding, it is impossible to get a hold of them. When we did get a hold of them, they keep making excuses and faulty promises. 4 example, George promised us that the video would be done 2 wks after the wedding. After 2 wks, we still haven?t heard anything from them so we gave them a call. Vicky said that they are working on it and be ready by the end of the wk. Of course they didn?t finish by the end of that wk and have to wait another wk. Well this song and dance continues for months. When we finally got the video, we were very disappointed. For some reason, they though it is acceptable to remove the ceremony at the groom place so it would fit. Besides the missing ceremony, the DVD was liter with typos and inaccuracies. They misspelled the bride?s name, had the wrong address, etc. After calling them to discuss about these issues, George said they will take care of it. We made a list and emailed it to them. Vicky replied saying that they got the list and will making the changes. They say it would take about 2 wks. Of course when the 2 wks came around, they were not ready. They said they were busy and asked for more time. Unfortunately, this pattern continues for months. Every time we call, they kept giving us the same excuses: ?I have to work on this new client first?, ?I am busy taking pictures for this wedding?, etc. We understand that they are in the business to make money, so getting new clients is important. However, isn?t delivering what was promised to the client that already paid just as important? Unfortunately, we feel like we transition from being a client to a nuisance once the last payment is pay. :(
