My sons first day of highschool & he was left behind at the school! No information was given on what time the bus left & where to wait for it! Called the company & the receptionist said there is nothing they could do! After paying $3000 for their yearly service this is the response given!! Principal called the company & said the driver was coming back to get him. Over an hr later no bus!! Luckily husband was able to leave work early to get him. Parents do your research & think twice before handing this company your money! I will be paying the company a visit & ensure them that if this happens again I want my money back or they will have a nice law suit on their hands!!
