Honestly, I am not impressed. For the price they charge, I didn't feel this service was a good value. The kids tend to run out of control and the teachers seem to have their hands tied. For the price, it seems like they should make some clear behavior standards and follow through with them, but it sometimes looked like the little ones were running the place, when I would pick my girls up. I saw a lot of yelling and hitting and throwing things...not good. I often had reports of bites on my youngest...and she told me who the biter was (always the same kid). I didn't always feel like she was in the safest place. I wonder how they could get any attention with some of the wild kids in the rooms.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, caring owner, insured, nice playground
Cons: Rude director, wild children without rules, expensive for what you get
