Review content:
I frequent ""the Villlage,"" downtown Claremont, quite often and I started shopping at Amelie a few years ago. I work in the industry and I am familiar with the brands that the owner carries. This store is hands down, the best womens contemporary boutique in the area. The owner is so friendly knowlegeable about fashion that I usually end up chatting with her for at least half an hour evry time I am in the mood for retail therapy. She chooses many pieces that you can't find at the mall but stills carries J Brand, Hudson, Goldsign, Patterson and alternative. My favorite brand that she carries though is Wish. There is only one other store that I know of that carries the line as it comes all the eay from Australia. Whether I need an outfit from the office or for a night on the town, I know that I can find what I am looking for at Amelie. In the last year, I have noticed her bringing in a lot more afforable brands so I know that if I spend $100 on a dress I can find a belt for $30 to match. The girls are so friendly and go out of their way to assist me with anything I need. The sales are PHENOMENAL (seriously), and her Amelie buck program keeps me coming back weekly to check out the new arrivals. Highly reccomend! Pros: huge selection, great prices
