I had the misfortune of being in a car accident, my car was damaged quite a bit, when I got to Duran's body shop their customer service was great, not only did they ensure me my car would look like new again, they also kept me updated at all times, and the work was done on a timely manner as promised. My Toyota Solara looks brand new again. I was very happy with their service and with their politeness. Jorge was the person I dealt with, and he is great! They listen to your concerns and act on it..
