There's a young man that works here by the name of Ari......he's outstanding in his pet knowledge, especially reptiles! He has reptile experience of over 20 years, and has amazing customer service skills. The store manager Troy, I believe, is also very kind and understanding about my pets' needs. The only one I would not recommend going to about your fish or reptiles would be a hispanic young male. I don't remember his name, maybe Carlos??? Anyway, he had NO personality at all when I spoke to him, and to be honest, I felt I was being fed lines of BS from him about my sliders. He was overall pretty nice, however. The cashier I dealt with was I think Michelle? Also very kind!!! Great place, great prices.
