LATE RENT SCAM-Never put your rent payment in the drop box ALWAYS give it to them directly have them make a copy, sign it and DATE IT or they will say your rent was late and charge you late fees that they keep for themselves. My money order for my rent was dated 5 days before rent was due but they claimed they recieved it late because I put it in the drop box. They had me pay a late fee on a separate money order and I got a eviction note on my door saying I had not paid the late fees either. I did a trace on the money order to find out that a leasing agent cashed it and keep the money. I took them to court and got all my money back. There's a lot of dealers and users. Lots of violence. Not a place for anyone with children. Lots of shooting. Leasing agents are a bunch of young girls trying to get their peeps a apartment using other peoples information.
