On behalf of the Arizona Association?s staff, volunteers and tournament players I wanted to thank you for your hospitality during the 87th Arizona amateur Championship. This event is the most prestigious event we administer on a yearly basis and the Country Club at DC Ranch helped help make this year?s edition one of the best in its storied history.
This year we saw approximately 325 players compete to be one of the best amateurs in the state of Arizona. With over 175 players attempting to qualify on your private golf course and the 144 total players in the field, this is truly a test to determine the finest players in the state.
Many compliments were received throughout the week about the DC Ranch staff, course conditions and overall hospitality that was experienced. The players in addition to the AGA staff are truly grateful for your willingness and dedication to the event. Mr. Dick Hyland and his golf course support staff showed once again why they are some of the best in the state of Arizona. With special treatment such as reserved parking, preferred hitting stations, and locker room access, the players walked away with the experience of a first class event
To say the least, our experience at The Country Club at DC Ranch was nothing short of phenomenal.
