I unfortunatly lived in this garbage dump for a year and a half. I recently got out and broke my lease and counted my losses. This place is loaded with infestation, dead flies in the ice machine, holes in the floor covered by carpet, and it smells bad..It truly smells like poverty. Your feet will literaly CRUNCH when you walk on the carpet. I thought this place looked good from the outside and the managment seemed rather friendly at the beginning. Once you sign on the dotted line the whole world changes. Its like the twilight zone. Nothing is ever fixed, the units smell nasty, once the new paint of my place died down it smelled like a garbage dump that would never go away. The complex is loaded with shady characters and illigals (at least LOOK like illigals I don't mean to sound judgmentl) but they don't speak english and they have LOTS of children. They thugs like to hang out on the doorway and they are in groups. The garbage dumpster is disgusting and is always over flowing, and there is dog feces EVERYWHERE (but hey its a pet friendly place eh! so bring your pets!). The location of this place is the only thing thats possitive. If you can deal with loud noises at night (the walls are PAPER thin) and noises in the day (the playground is right outside the units) the funky smell, the scary people, and managment that doesnt care about its tennants. Then this is the place for you! I love marietta, but this is truly a maggot den. Its seems reasonable at first glance....but you WILL regret it. Trust me on this one. Crestmont should be called garbagemont. It's a $^% hole for sure. I wouldn't write such a detailed review if this place really didn't stink. Managment clean up your act, quit talking to your boyfriends and playing on myspace when you have customer issues! Seriously. UNPROFESIONAL!
