Review content:
I have used this company twice already. I have tube TV's rather than new flat screens. The Tubes may be heavy, but how many times does a person move? Plus they were NOT made in China and therefore could last decades if maintained properly. The 1st was a 19"" and the 2nd repair was for a small 13"" in the guest room. Both problems were diagnosed the same day it was dropped off. I promptly received a call advising what the problem was and parts and labor. (Both cases were under $80 and worth it. If the TV is 15 years or older then obtaining parts is difficult and may not be worth it, but they tell you that. My 19"" bedroom set is 17 years old, and now the colors, sound are perfect and may last another 17 years. Very happy with this outfit. Pros: Quick and Proper long term repair Cons: You have to bring the heavy TV
