Review content:
I called and they tried to find a solution over the phone at no cost. When I came in they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the TV and also check the remote to find it was bad as well. For this they charged a nominal (low) fee and I was on my way home with a set that worked. It is good to see a family business that sets such a high standard for customer service. If any thing else goes wrong I will be back.
