I called about a TV repair and was told up front there would be a non refundable $50.00 diagnostic fee which sounded reasonable. I was also told this would be applied to my bill if repairs were made. I had researched the issue with my TV online and the price quoted for repair was at the low end of range quoted on the blog. I took my TV to Glen and he plugged it in and it began working again. Of course there was no charge but be also told me if it stopped working again I should call before I bring it in and he would try to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and try to save me a trip to the store. What awesome customer service!
