Our plasma television started bringing up a settings menu over and over again. You could not watch anything on it... I called several places, including Philips trying to find out what was wrong. Everyone I spoke to said this was an expesive problem to fix... that entire panel would need to be replaced or that it was not worth fixing. Luckily, Atlanta Tv and Video was one of the places I called:) They were so friendly and helpful!!! They took my information and then researched the problem. A very short time later they called back and said to try a firmware update through the philips website. Even Philips didnt suggest this!!!! My husband was able to download updates and transfer them to our tv thru the usb port... It worked!!!!! The television is working perfectly!!!! Without them we would have never known to do this!!! We were thinking that the problem was not able to be fixed. Not only did this fix it but it was FREE!!! They could of easily asked us to bring it in and then done this for us at any charge. How wonderful to know there are such honest and helpful people out there when you have a problem:) I will recommend this company to everyone I know!!!! I will gladly take my tv there the next time I have any problems!!!! I cant tell you how much I appreciate their help and honesty!!!! Wonderful business and wonderful people!!!! Thanks again!!!
