Alan and the staff are very open and friendly. I played my favorite music (LOUD) :) and visited several times before the decision to purchase my NAD Amp/CD player and Thiel speakers. I absolutely love the set up. I have been buried and immersed in music and movies since the purchase. The pleasure of superb music and sound has enhanced my life; so FINALLY, I am writing a much deserved review of my buying experience.
