Review content:
I have gone to Brooks and Maddox on numerous occasions and had a cleaning done along with a few fillings and other preventative work. This dentist (Dr. Brooks) is very knowledgable and makes it a point to relay important information to you as his client. He lets you know what the procedure entails and he gives you more than one option best suitable to your needs as a customer whether it pertains to cost or time consumption. He makes sure you understand the information he gives you. The only thing I did not like about the office was the handling of insurance claims. If you have to pay a copay with a percentage, i.e you pay 20% insurance pays 80%, they tend to quote your payment higher than it should be for the sake of them covering the total costs and then sending you a check for overpayment. I disagree with this method. If the calculations are done right to begin with there wouldn't be a need for this method. All in all I would definitely reccommend this dentist for his expertise and quality service.
