EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I have brought my dog to The Soapy Dog several times and been happy with the results......NOT THIS TIME. My dog came home with FLEAS!!! There was a sign on the door telling customers to inform them if their pet has fleas (first time seeing this). We have had our dog for 3 years and he has NEVER had fleas before. When calling and telling them I think he got fleas there and if they could give him a complimentary flea bath I was told NO because I couldn't prove he got the fleas there. In my eyes that isn't a way to keep a customer happy. I will NEVER bring my dog there again.
