If you're looking for exceptional customer service, you've come to the right place. This is a very slick enterprise, designed to make you feel like you're getting the very best service, which you actually may if you could afford it.
I was looking for a plumber to fix a small leak in my bathroom sink, and at the same time swap out a faucet. The plumber who came out that day (same day as the call) was very nice and very nicely told me that it would be $442 to do this work (add on another $300 + to put some caulking around the sink, which I imagine my toddler could do). I told him no thank you and then lost $59 for this violation of my reasoning capabilities.
After looking a bit further online, I found an independent journeyman plumber who came out within the hour, charged $75 for an hour and a half of work, was respectful and appreciative and did the job right and well.
Don't get fooled by the slick talk. Joe the plumber (or whatever his name may be in your neck of the woods) is where it's at.
Pros: Excellent customer service
Cons: Incredibly high rates
