It is easy for someone to complete a job with no problems, but true colors are evident when difficulties arise. We had a few stutter steps with the insurance claim delays, unexpected fascia damage when gutters were removed, allowing time for fascia repairs, and then coordinating the completion of the gutter work. Your representative did an outstanding job from the initial damage assessment process through project completion. You are to be commended for selecting such outstanding associates to represent your company. They helped smooth the bumps in the road.
