Review content:
Mehfil has the best Indian food, hands down, in the Puget Sound area. I have rarely been to an Indian restaurant that uses fresher ingredients. Everything from the tenderness of the meat to the sweetness of the dessert displays the artistry of the chef. Must say I have only been to their buffet. However, from what I have seen, their dinner entrees must be made with even more attention. I rarely write reviews....this I had to. Enjoy!
Pros: Food
Cons: Hard to find. Ambience could be better. Even as is, is better than 99% of the Indian res in the US. Maybe some soothing indian instrumental music would be great. Hariprasad Chaurasia maybe.
