Jason Britt is wonderful! I would give him five stars if I could! Here's the story...we got Jason's name from another company that didn't do residential wiring. We called Jason to wire an ethernet cable from our Fios outside box (ONT) to our upstairs computer to link to a new router to establish a wireless network. We had researched online what was needed, and my husband explained to Jason what we thought we needed for our network of Mac products. Jason was so polite and knowledgeable, and adjusted his schedule to squeeze us in before we left on vacation. When we talked the day before the install to discuss the approximate length of cat6 ethernet cable needed, Jason mentioned that his friend who specialized in networking had experienced problems with the products we intended to network, and asked a few more questions about our network situation. Jason then discussed our situation with his friend.
Long story short, his friend set up our network over the phone so we have Wifi - no charge! We didn't need the extra cable after all. Jason lost the income from the wiring job, but he took care of us, and made sure we didn't pay for something that wasn't really needed. We saved the cost of the installation AND we get to return the new router that we purchased (another $180!). I can't say enough good things about Jason (and his friend Brandon). Not many people these days would go out of their way to help someone when it means losing income for themselves. We will definitely call Jason the next time we need wiring, and we will tell everyone we know to call him when they need wiring. If he had actually done our wiring, I'm sure I would have been able to give him 5 stars. What a terrific and honest person! Thank you Jason!! (Kathy and Richard)
