We had two braided rugs that my husband's grandmother had made by hand out fo wool that are at least 50 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. They were faded and ragged-looking, and after a dog we were were puppy-sitting got sick all over one of them we needed to take them to a pro! We took them to Grays and within a week they were bright and cleaner than they have ever been since we inherited them! The colors are so much brighter than I thought they would ever get! They were so nice, the price was more than reasonable for large rugs (a 6x6 round and a 9x12 oval together only cost $100!!) I think our rugs will have to see them at least once a year to ensure they stay a beautiful family heirloom.
