I have had a phobia of anything being done to my eyes for years. After moving to the berkshires I had to find a new eye dr, and I picked Dr.Mandel since he was close and covered by my insurance. It just so happened I made the right choice! He put me at ease, was pleasant and professional, and even got contacts into my eyes! This may not mean anything to you, but before now the chances of that happening were about as good as hell freezing over. His staff was personable and helpful, and my prescription was dead-on-acurate. He told me exactly what was going on with my eyes too, which my old eye dr. did not. I will definitley keep going back!
