I do not even know where to begin.. I am at ahhhh over this daycare. My 15 month old grandaughter went to this day care yesterday for the first time. Needless to say.. It will be the last time. My daughter called to check on her after a few hours to see how she was doing. She was told that she had been crying all day and when was she coming to get her. My daughter went to pick her up about 4 hours later and found her off to the side by herself crying. She watched her for a minute and when the baby seen that her mom was there she got up to come over to her crying. The teacher in that room did not know that my daughter was standing there and begin to yell at the baby.The baby had a dirty mouth and clothes and a poopy diaper that appeared to have been there a while. My daughter went home and went to clean out the baby bag and found inside of a plastic bag the clothes that she dropped her off in and they were dirty with poop all over the dress. Again that shows that she had at one time a very dirty diaper that had not been changed. ( nothing was mentioned about the dirty clothes in the bag) Why would you not wash them off before putting them in the bag? Later that evening my daughter went to give the baby a bath and found 2 very red bite marks on her back. She had been bitten twice. Not one word was said about the baby being bitten. No wonder she spent most of the day crying. She had been sitting in a dirty poopy diaper all day and bitten.. and.. Lord knows what else this kid went through during the day. After discussing this with many people there had been several that had bad experiences similar to this. How can a place like this stay in business?
