Purchasing a home that is over 60 years old, I've dealt with many contractors in the past 2 years. I like quality work that is going to improve the value of my home. I am so happy that I chose Outback Patio & Sunrooms for our new patio cover.
We had an old lattice cover that was installed over a concrete slab that was about 22X10. Unfortunately this lattice cover let the rain and sun come right down onto the cement slab and the rain would land right in front of our back door. This was not a true patio cover.
Outback came out, measured and wrote out the contract. Two days later an engineer came out to have a second look. After the weekend, on Monday two installers came out. They had to tear down our existing lattice cover that was attached to the house before they could install the new one. The attention to detail was unbelievable. After watching several other contractors just get in and get out as fast as possible, the main installer for Outback went above and beyond. He took care. He was not rushed. He did not overlook one detail. He made sure it was right and it looks....perfect! Thanks so much Chris.
