Review content:
We 'broke down' on a trip from Salt Lake to Phoenix. 9:30 at night, got the van loaded with kids and luggage, facing another 10 hours of driving and suddenly everything shuts down. We got it started again, and it started acting weird. We got online and called the first name we found in Fillmore for towing and arranged to have the driver meet us. Joe had an engagement to wrap up and asked us if we could make it the mile to the shop or if we wanted him to come to us. We were able to make it to the shop and met him there. He ran the engine codes and got one reporting issues with the mass airflow sensor. At this point we were both flummoxed. We decided to spend the night in town, there was a hotel across the street. He helped us unload the stuff we didn't want stolen off the back of our van, set everything else up for our van to get serviced first thing in the morning, and didn't charge us a penny.
