Businiess name:  Hermitage Cafe

Review content:
I'm a regular at the Hermitage Cafe and have converted several of my friends to loyal fans as well. It's now a regular part of my morning routine. My favorites are the breakfast sandwiches, they have a surprisingly good fried bologna sandwich that brings back fond memories of childhood (I was looking for something different one morning) that has become a staple of my morning diet. Although this place is a cardiologists dream (or worst nightmare depending on how you look at it), the food is always good, servers are always quick-witted and willing to give their opinion on just about anything, and the decor is classic american diner. Many people would call it a ""greasy spoon"" and be disgusted by the carpet on the floor (I think it's carpet down there) but I hope they never change a thing because it adds to the ambiance and the experience, and it might just change the flavor of the food! Many places I have been too have tried to ""recreate"" the classic American diner... this place, thankfully, just is and always has been! Pros: Great food, Servers always entertaining, Cheap eats Cons: When it's crowded, no matter how quick the cook is, the grill is only so large, so expect a little wait
