1/4/08 - Crazy storm day. My Toyota Sequoia had a flat tire and I called National Towing to come help. They couldn't find the street to begin with. It was okay and I went down and looked at the street name and gave it to them again. 45 mins later the driver shows up, parks next my Toyota for not even 2 minutes. Before I could get out of the car he starting driving off. I thought he would make a U-turn and come back but nooooo. I called the service again and they said I need to call another towing company since the driver didn't see me by my car. He didn't even stay there for more that 2 mins, didn't even get out of his truck. How could he see me. I told the receptionist that the driver had just left and I was right here waiting all this time. OH yeah and waiting with my 11 month old who was at this point getting hungry.. The receptionist (Myra) told me to just call another towing company. No apologies or anything. They left me stranded on this crazy street...after waiting for them to come for almost 2 hours. They must not care about their customers at all. You just can't park your tow truck for few minutes and assume the driver is not there and not come to help. Cons: Doesn't care about their custoimers
