Michaela's delivered a flower assortment to my 92 year old mother that contained a flower to which she was allergic, (of course they had no way of knowing). She reacted and needed a trip to the ER. Upon learing of the problem a represenative from Michaela's showed up at Mom's door with a lovely orchid and an apology. I was quite impressed with the concern and consideration shown by them. I highly recommend this business, it is a rare find.
Pros: Employees and owner who care about their customers.
