We have to use Smith Signs because they are set up through our company. I would use a different company all together if I had the choice. This company has very rude employees, is highly unorganized and doesn't deserve anyone's business. I am confused about why we continue to give them our business. We submitted a request 3 weeks in advance, they made the signs but forgot and couldn't find them until the last minute. Then representative me that he's so busy, it would make his life easier if we used a different company. What? I submitted all of my requests before or on time with their requirements and am always very polite. We are a big account for them, I am still scratching my head. When was the business philosophy of ""we don't need your business because we have enough already"" ever a successful idea? Cons: bad customer service, unorganized, horrible attitude
