Review content:
Although the owners are engaging at first, largely to get the business, they will ignore you until the point of utter frustration when they have received full payment. Our contract with them was for over $15,000 worth of work and specified guarantees regarding work completion and plant survival. The work originally agreed upon was not completed and plants need to be replaced. Our follow up communications consisting of multiple live ""in person"" and over the phone conversations has yielded no action and no satisfaction. Hence, disappointment and frustration!
I would NOT recommend Kirshner Landscapes, Inc.
