I was referred to this repair store by Victorinox to repair a zipper and clasp on a roller bag. I brought the item in on 5/9/09 and was told it would be repaired in one week. I let them know I had a planned vacation at the end of June and needed the bag before then. I returned a month later and they had not even looked at the bag, and claimed they needed to order the part and it would be available the following Tuesday. By the way, I drove an hour in one direction to get here. They did not even give a courtesy call to let me know of the delay. And, they were rude and didn't even offer an apology. I never got the promised phone call the following week. I called them a week later, which took days to get a hold of anyone as they rarely answer the phone nor have a message machine. When I got a hold of someone, they came up with some bit about not having the part in stock and would need to send the bag back to the maker, who would provide a brand new bag. I reminded them of my trip planned in 2 weeks and they promised me they would ship it back to the maker that day and ensure overnight delievery of a new bag to my house no later than one week later. It is now 7/10/09, I am back from my vacation, and still no bag. I would have been better if I kept my broken bag and used stapples to repair the zipper. Seriously, I am out $400 and don't expect to ever get my luggage back.
