Review content:
I do not recommend this gym for girls' competitive gymnastics level 5 or above. They have nice facilities and very energetic classes for small children. That's where the positivity ends. The coaching staff for the older girls is unprofessional and unenthusiastic. They employ head games like the silent treatment, peer embarrassment and long sits during practice instead of solid, fundamental coaching techniques endorsed by USAG centered around the child athlete's mental development. Some of these techniques border on unsafe (long sits and then back on bars immediately without warming up again).
