Review content:
I live at Hamilton Mill apts. I reported a flood to my landlord last Wed. (08/22). They neglected to show up until Fri. PM (08/24). They unclogged a drain & left leaving thoroughly saturated carpet & padding to air dry. Sat. (08/25) we called & informed them flood was twice as bad. Once again they unclogged drain & used VERY SMALL shop vac to soak up water. But not the standing water in the utility room & bathroom. I was told "" the insulation was saturated & had to have time to dry out."" Well, if this was a suitable solution, residents of New Orleans would have been able to move back in as soon as their homes were dry. Then, on Sunday(08/26)we discovered once again it flooded & now 1/2 of the entire Pros: It is great location to downtown, Lexington, NE or Irmo Cons: Crime rate, maintenance, insects, loud music from cars, security, lighting
