They never clean the gutters, there was actulally a tree limb in mine when I left I'm sure if you look you'll find it still there right above where I used to live. The residents set fire to the places! There is crime everywhere! The police officer that lives there is a drunk that knocked over a lamp post recently, luckily it wasn't a peson. The pool is never open for more then a few days at a time, when the the pool filter was broken, and fixed that day the office employees lied and blamed it on a broken latter which would take two nuts, a rench, and 5 minutes to fix, then say it won't be open for the next 4 days while they fix it? Really? Are you kidding? The state of the appartments is appauling they have very little insulation. They are changing the carpets but they aren't fixing the real problems, like water damage, and black mold. There was tile peeling up from the floor only to reveal that instead of retiling they just tiled over the old decaying tile under it. They don't fix the counters or clean them they just sand them and pant over the dirt. The neibors are loud and there are known drug dealers, hookers and theives that live here. The management staff are very impersonal and rude. They send emails threatening to evict people for not paying their rent when they have proof they did. Their matainance is almost non-existant, and when they do come to fix something they never have the part, or speak a lick of english. Instead of removing the second pool they cut corners and just filled it in with dirt and put grass over it. I would go on but there is a 4,000 charactor limit. Oh well I just get my husband to finish the rest.
