Have been going here for about 10 years to have them launder my shirts. I went in last week and noticed that one of the shirts that I was dropping off had a stain on it. Asked the clerk (he is new and has an attitude) if he could take care of the spot and he said sure. I said ""are you sure?"" and he said he would squirt it with a spot remover. I picked up the shirts today and the spot was still there. I told him that they had not removed the spot and he said ""You should have been more careful."" I asked him what he meant by that he repeated what he had said originally. I told him that I did not do this on purpose and was not there to have him criticize whether I was careful or not. He was absolutely rude. There were two women who used to work there that did a great job. He is terrible. I will no longer go to Rapid. There are plenty of other cleaners in northern ohio. I wear a dress shirt every day, which is $1.50 per day times about 300 days a year is $450 a year that Rapid will no longer receive from me. It's obvious that ""the customer is always right"" is not their company slogan.
