Businiess name:  Koi Palace Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
We chose Koi Palace for ""hot-pot"" to celebrate our friend's bday, knowing that this place is supposed to be a high class restaurant among other chinese restaurants. Unfortunately, we were wrong. We were not warned about the food portions and the manager even blamed us for ordering too much. We ordered a half spicy-half regular soup base. The spicy portion was NOT spicy at all. On top of that, they just add water into our soup base when it dried out. OMG!! I don't think the food and service there = the $$$ they charge. It's a RIP OFF!! I had been going there for years, but the food and service is getting worse and worse. I usually don't write reviews at all, but I felt that I should take my part on letting people know about the terrible business moral they have. The choice is yours but I personally would NOT GO AGAIN even if it's a free dinner! Pros: parking maybe Cons: NO service, high MSG
