Review content:
Koi Palace sure knows how to serve its renowned food up with a rotten attitude. The staff has no concept of service. From the moment we sat down I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times to 3 and 4 different people, and still we waited forever before our food arrived. And we had hot pot, a meal that requires almost no effort on the restaurant's part, since the cooking is done by the customers. Once I left a tip and was publicly berated by the waiter because he thought it was not enough. The last time I was there I was so upset with the service I decided to leave no tip at all. I could hear the staff bad-mouthing me litterally as I was walking out of the restaurant. Serves them right though, because that'd be the last time I'll eat there.
