I am a client of this company 10 years. I have owned rental properties in the Rochester Area for 20 years. I had managed the rental properties myself for 6 years. Other business took me away from Rochester, I hired Atlantic Property Management Company to manage them. Based on recommendations from the Companys owner, Boris, I systematically evicted all of my tenants and used Boris's screening process. Almost immediately, the occupancy rate increased and stabilized, rents were paid on time and the repair bills dropped by over 70%. Boris and his team were able to stabilize the cash flow and turn the properties into better than break-even situations. His professional staff screens and places good tenants, does the maintenance when necessary and interfaces with the local authorities such as DSS, Section 8, building inspectors, the various NET organizations, etc. Basically they have taken all of the headaches off my shoulders.
